Hello, my name is Chadi. I moved to the United States in 2016 to be with my wife, who is originally from Columbus; we made our family complete with the arrival of our boy Aiden the following year. Realizing there aren’t many fast and tasty options of Lebanese-American food in the Columbus area, we began our vision. The Roadster was a project of mine that took about three years to develop. Our menu was created through the fusion of both Lebanese and American food. With the help of our community, our dream became a reality.
